Kakklubbor är perfekt att bjuda på när man har kalas. Inte bara för att de är goda, de är även ruskigt enkla att göra och i princip omöjliga att misslyckas med!
I USA har Oreo cookie balls länge varit mycket populärt att göra, man kan väl säga att detta är en svensk motsvarighet. Gjord på Ballerinakakor istället för Oreos. Självklart tar man det som man gillar bäst själv. Ballerinakexen finns ju i en hel uppsjö smaker, men jag tog den klassiska vanliga. Hälften av kakbollarna doppade jag i mjölkchoklad, resterande ringlade jag 70 % mintchoklad över och dekorerade med lite strössel.
Till klubbpinnar tog jag bara vanliga grillspett i trä, som jag delade i lagom storlek med hjälp av en sekatör. Har man tid, lust och ork är det ju fint att göra små flaggor att sätta på pinnarna. Antingen av något färgglatt papper eller av washi tape.
Nu när jag sitter här och skriver kom jag på att man säkert kan ta Philadelphiaost med chokladsmak, istället för naturell. Om man vill ha en mer chokadig smak. Det ska jag testa nästa gång!!
Ballerinabollar:
2 paket Ballerinakex (ta din favoritsmak, men det måste vara sådana med ”klet” i mitten)
100 g Philadelphiaost
200 g choklad av valfri smak och kakaohalt att doppa klubborna i eller att ringla över
Mixa Ballerinakexen till fina smulor i en matberedare. Ha i Philadelphiaosten och blanda om till en slät smet. Ställ kallt i minst 30 minuter. Forma till bollar och låt stå kallt ytterligare 30 minuter eller gärna över natten. Stick i en pinne i varje kakboll och doppa i smält choklad. Dekorera gärna med strössel.

What particularly struck me is that Da Vinci’s design is essentially the same technology that the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, located on the north shore of the Great Salt Lake in Utah, currently uses to control water levels in the numerous wetland units that comprise the Refuge.
